Off-Cycle Batches

Once a payroll batch is closed, an off-cycle batch can be created to pay entries that should've been in that batch, but were left out for whatever reason.

• When clicking on the ellipsis of a completed batch, one of the options is to create an off-cycle batch.

• After clicking on it, a modal appears with the dates prefilled and the option to edit them
• Once the off-cycle batch is created, you can restart/recalculate just like a regular batch (for the caregivers needed).
