Billing

The follow up date filter on the invoice list didn't work when filtering for just one day. It was fixed and it now works for filtering all dates.

Validation was added that the max units per auth can’t exceed the number put in for max units per auth field on the auth.

Some insurances require the PMPM billing to have the billing as the first to the first of the month, while others require it to be the first to the last. A billing setting was added to the insurance to select which one it should be.

When deleting a schedule in HHA, the external Id has to be cleared from the billing item in HCM. We added an option to do so from the front end.

Some patients are allowed to bill for more than 24 hours er billing date. An override option was added for users with permission to override the validation and confirm the visits that will exceed the 24 hours per day.
