CQI Census Report

The CQI Census report is a report of census data which can be pulled for a specific date range.

Parameters:

• Date range (required) - by default set to current date
• Facility
• State
• County
• License

Data returned

• Facility Name (The numbers are by default broken down by facility) 
  • All facilities that are active within that company will display
• Census - Total number of patients that were:
  • Active as of the last date in the selected date range
  • On a program that is included in census
  • Patient has a confirmed non-assessment visit within the selected date range
• New Admits - Total number of patients which:
  • Were admitted to the agency for the first time within the selected date range
  • Was on a program which is included in census within the date range
  • Had a confirmed non-assessment visit within the selected date range
  • Active as of the last date in the selected date range
• Discharges - Total number of patients which:
  • Were discharged within the selected date range
  • were on a program which is included in census within the date range
• Pending - Total number of patients which
  • Were admitted on a program which is included in census prior to the end date of the selected date range
  • Patient is still pending
• Program Details - is the number of patients broken down by program which:
  • had a confirmed non-assessment visit within the selected date range
