How to Add a Patient

Click "Add" from the patient list to add a new patient

Enter all the information. Fields with an asterisk (*)  are required.

Here is where the patient Medicare/Medicaid information is entered

This is where the patient insurance information will be entered

The final step is adding emergency contacts. More than one emergency contact can be added but at least one is required
